INFORMATION WE COLLECT

By submitting any personal information about a patient, you represent and warrant to Brainstorm Cell that you have obtained all required permissions to do so.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We process the personal data that we collect to allow us to:

• meet legal, regulatory and compliance requirements;
• investigate any complaints about the Site; and

GOVERNING LAW AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION
These Terms will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of, connected with or relating to these Terms will be submitted to the courts situated in Tel Aviv/Jaffa district.
AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
You agree to be bound by any of the changes made in the Terms, including changes to any and all documents, forms and policies incorporated thereto. Continuing to use the Site will indicate your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any of the amended terms, then you must avoid any further use of the Site.
If any provision of the Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, then the provision will be performed and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to remain in full force and effect.
